You are responsible for:

    •    Follow team/community rules set by your manager or organization

    •    Manager-view dashboards

By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

    •    Your data may be visible to team members, managers, and leaderboard participants

    •    Rankings are calculated automatically and may change based on activity

    •    The App’s data is informational and not guaranteed to be 100% accurate

You are responsible for verifying any data before making decisions.

The App may allow you to upload or share:

    •    Stats

    •    Training content

    •    Messages

    •    Profile information

You grant Volition Why Not Me LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use your content within the App for its intended purpose.

You agree not to upload:

    •    Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

    •    Malware or harmful code

    •    Confidential information without permission

We may remove content at our discretion.

Team, Manager, and Competition Features

By using team-based or competition features, you agree that:

    •    Your stats may be shared with your team or manager

    •    Managers may view performance dashboards

    •    Team leaders may reorganize, rename, or modify team settings

We are not responsible for how teams or managers use the information visible to them.

If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are introduced, you agree that:

    •    All purchases are final unless required by law

    •    Subscription renewals follow App Store or Google Play policies

    •    Refunds must be requested through the platform where the purchase was made

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).
